1 bag of frozen chopped broccoli. You can substitute fresh broccoli florets if preferred.
1 10.5 oz can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 bag of ready rice
2 cups of your preferred shredded cheese
½ sleeve of Ritz crackers
¼ cup of butter
Method
Preheat oven to 375°F
Cook rice according to instructions on packet
Boil broccoli and drain excess water
In a mixing bowl, combine rice, cream of chicken soup, broccoli, and cheese
Once thoroughly mixed, spread mixture evenly in a casserole dish
Melt butter
Break up the Ritz crackers to desired size
In a mixing bowl, combine butter and crackers
Place the cracker mixture on top of the broccoli casserole
Bake in oven at 375°F until bubbly and golden brown
