The Easiest Chicken Tacos You’ll Ever Make

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 4-8 Hours
Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

2 lbs. Chicken Breast
2 cups Chicken Broth
2 Packets Taco Seasoning
2 Packets Ranch Seasoning
2 Bell Peppers (Chopped)
1 White Onion (Chopped)
Fresh Cilantro to taste
Flour or Corn Tortillas (warmed)

  1. Chop Bell Peppers and Onion into 1-inch pieces and add to Crockpot.
  2. Place Chicken Breast, Broth, Taco, and Ranch Seasoning in Crockpot. Make sure seasoning is evenly distributed over chicken. Set to low over 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  3. With an hour left, open crockpot and shred chicken. Add Cilantro to chicken. Replace the lid and continue cooking. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. With 30 minutes place Tortillas in stacks of 4 and wrap in Aluminum Foil. Place on baking sheet in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Remove chicken, peppers, and onions and immediately serve with Tortillas and any other toppings you may choose!

 

For an extra treat: Salsa Ranch Dip

Ingredients
1 Packet Ranch Seasoning
1 16 oz container Sour Cream
1 cup Chunky Salsa

Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly blended. Place in Refrigerator to chill for best taste.  Serve with Chips or Veggies alongside your tacos!
