Erik is a Wealth Coach for our team, and he specializes in working with clients to develop income distribution strategies to maximize their retirement goals. He is a Certified Financial Planner ™ and holds several other designations and securities licenses. Erik provides education for medical residents and fellows to help them develop great financial habits while they are in the early stage of their careers.

Erik is originally from Harleyville, South Carolina, where he grew up on his family's farm and spent most of his childhood playing sports and being outdoors. Erik graduated from Francis Marion University in 2001. Erik is a self-admitted CrossFit addict, and is also very active as a board member for the Caine Halter YMCA. He is married to Miranda, a native of Fountain Inn, South Carolina, and they have four children: Mallory, Grant, Jase, and Madelyn. They like to travel as a family and spend time on the coast. He and his family are also members of the First Baptist Church of Simpsonville.
